How to use this dashboard

This dashboard gives the Mansão Maromba team a clear view of the sales funnel across Brazil. Use the Funnel – Status board for daily operations (moving outlets between funnel stages after each contact) and the States Overview table for analytical questions like “which states have more active sellers or leads in negotiation?”.

Operational Funnel (Board by Status)

Open the database (view: Funnel – Status)

Use this board as your day‑to‑day CRM. Drag outlets between columns as their status changes (for example, from "Em negociação" to "Vende"). Keep this view updated after every call or negotiation.

States Overview (Table by State)

Open the database (view: States Overview)

Use this table to compare performance by state. Grouped by "Estado", it lets you see how many outlets exist in each region and which funnel stages they are in. Apply filters on "Status de Venda" (e.g., only "Vende" or only "Em negociação") when you want to focus on specific parts of the funnel.
